CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so your stylist has the opportunity to adjust her schedule. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking any future appointments as well as 50% of the service which was being cancelled. No-shows will be charged 85% of the scheduled service total and will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments.
